Hospitalisation
IN-PATIENT CARE (HOSPITALISATION)
+ -Get coverage for medical treatment post hospitalisation for all insured members
PRE & POST HOSPITALISATION MEDICAL EXPENSES
+ -The policy will cover pre and post hospitalization expenses as well. The period of the treatment covered is 15 days before you get admitted to the hospital and 30 days after you get discharged from the hospital.
HOME CARE TREATMENT
+ -Home Care Treatment means treatment availed by the Insured Person at home for COVID on a positive diagnosis of COVID in a Government-authorized diagnostic Centre, which in normal course would require care and treatment at a hospital but is actually taken at home provided that:
1.The Media practitioner advises the Insured person to undergo treatment at home.
2. There is a continuous active line of treatment with monitoring of the health status by a medical practitioner for each day through the duration of the home care treatment.
3.Daily monitoring chart including records of treatment administered duly signed by the treating doctor is maintained.
FLEXIBLE POLICY PERIOD
+ -Secure your health as per your needs. Buy the plan for 3 different coverage periods: 3.5 months, 6.5 months, and 9.5 months.
AYUSH TREATMENT
+ -Treatments under Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, Yoga and Homeopathy covered up to sum insured.
Add-on Features
HOSPITAL CASH
+ -Get 0.5% of sum insured as daily cash per day for maximum 15 days in a policy period
Exclusions
PERMANENT
+ -•Investigation & Evaluation
•Rest Cure, rehabilitation and respite care
•Dietary supplements and substances that can be purchased without prescription, including but not limited to Vitamins, minerals and organic substances unless prescribed by a medical practitioner as part of hospitalization claim or Home care treatment.
•Any claim in relation to Covid where it has been diagnosed prior to Policy Start Date.
•Day Care Treatment & OPD
•Diagnosis/Treatment outside the geographical limits of India.
•Testing done at a Diagnostic centre which is not authorized by the Government shall not be recognized under this Policy
•All covers under this Policy shall cease if the Insured Person travels to any country placed under travel restrictions by the Government of India.

UNRECOGNIZED PHYSICIAN OR HOSPITAL
+ -a. Treatment or Medical Advice provided by a Medical Practitioner not recognized by the Medical Council of India or by Central Council of Indian Medicine or by the Central council of Homeopathy or by relevant authorities in the area or country where the treatment is taken
b. Treatment or Medical Advice related to one system of medicine provided by a Medical Practitioner of another system of medicine.
c. Treatment provided by anyone with the same residence as an Insured Person or who is a member of the Insured Person’s immediate family or relatives
d. Treatment provided by the Hospital or health facility that is not recognized by the relevant authorities in India or any other country where treatment takes place.
e. Treatment or services received in health hydros, nature cure clinics or any establishment that is not a recognized Hospital or healthcare facility
