  • A valid passport that has at least 6 months of validity from the date of travel
  • Two recent colour passport-size photographs
  • A copy of confirmed flight tickets, travel itineraries, and hotel reservations
  • Bank statements as proof of living expenses, which should be at least $2,000 or equivalent in other currencies

Business Visa

You can apply for a business visa to visit Indonesia to engage in or attend business-related events. This type of visa is non-expandable, and it allows a stay for a maximum of 60 days with a validity of 90 days from the date of issue.

 

Documents required for Indonesian business visa:

  • A valid passport that has at least 6 months of validity and a minimum of 2 blank pages
  • Two recent colour passport-size photographs
  • Proof of business invitation letter
  • A copy of round-trip flight tickets and travel itineraries
  • Proof of accommodation
  • A copy of company registration documents
  • Proof of sufficient financial funds, such as bank statements, income tax returns, salary slips, etc. 

 

Student visa

The student visa allows entry to the students for the purpose of pursuing an academic course or training program in Indonesia. The validity of this type of visa depends on the duration of the course and can be extended accordingly.

 

Documents required for Indonesian student visa:

  • A valid passport that has at least 6 months of validity and a minimum of 2 blank pages
  • Two recent colour passport-size photographs
  • Proof of acceptance letter
  • Proof of accommodation, i.e., hostel

Electronic Visa on Arrival

Indonesia eVoA refers to an electronic visa on arrival that allows Indian passport holders to get a single entry into the country for a short period of time. It can be applied online and allows a stay for a duration of 90 days for the purpose of tourism, business, or transit.
